1. Sign Up For Services

Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions before signing up, you can give our friendly staff a call or text at 813-625-6089.

                             

2. Set-Up Your Client Portal

You will receive a welcome email with login info for your client portal. Here you can change your cleanup frequency, add or remove pets, change payment methods, or cancel service, all online!

3. Scheduling

After you sign up, we will contact you to assign your cleanup day—we’ll do our best to match your preference. We’ll also answer any questions you might have. Your card on file will not be charged until after your first cleanup.

4. Recurring Billing

After your prorated payment for the first-month of service, all billing will occur on the 1st of each month, before services are provided. We require all customers to have a card on file before we begin providing any services.

5. Recurring Service

We’ve got this! Your yard will be scooped on your assigned service day, which will not change without notification. Your tech will send you an “on the way” text before we arrive, and send you a picture of your secured gate upon job completion.

6. Sit Back & Relax!

Congratulations! You are officially a member of the K9 Turf Solutions family, and can start enjoying your pets and backyard, without the hassle of pet waste cleanup!
