Do you clean the entire yard?
K9 Turf Solutions – Tampa Bay will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc. However, the areas that you want cleaned need to be specified as we typically only cover the backyard for most clients.
Do I need to be home when you service the yard?
Nope! We will get you on the schedule for a specific day each week and text you before and after each service.
Do I need to keep my dog inside during each service?
We love dogs and that is why we started this business. We only ask that you keep your dog inside if it has a history of aggressive behavior or doesn’t get along with strangers. If your dog is left out, we will show it plenty of love and probably leave it a few treats.
How do you ensure the gate is properly shut so my dog doesn’t escape?
The safety of your dog is our top priority. We will text you a picture of your shut gate after each service.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! You can cancel or pause at any time.
How do you ensure the safety of my dog?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is our top priority at K9 Turf Solutions – Tampa Bay. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
Do you offer a discount for first responders?
Yes! Our business is owned and operated by a member of the US military. We offer 10% off for active duty and reserve US military members along with local law enforcement and nurses.
